Die Prokureurshuis, named as Die Prokureurshuis due to the resident attorneys that used to live in the house, is once again in the ownership of an attorney.

Die Prokureurshuis features three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds each. The house features two bathrooms of which one is en-suite.

All rooms have percale linen and electric blankets.

Both bathrooms have been renovated according to the original Victorian style and contain a bath and a shower. Both have been fitted with underfloor heating for the cold winter months in Sutherland.

There are two large living areas both with fireplaces, a fully equipped self-catering kitchen and. Safe enclosed garden with braai facilities. Secure parking.

The large kitchen that forms part of the living area has an AGA stove which is in working condition.

Die Prokureurshuis has backup lights, wifi and a gas stove in case of load shedding.
